Little things make big things happen.

I am in the process of trying to fix the issues I’ve been having with my hips.

Lately, these are just 2 things I’ve added to my warmup for lower body days to help alleviate impingement pain.

1. Lax ball on TFL
– Once ball is in good position (tough to find the right spot), I hold for ~30s
– I will also rotate the leg that is on the lax ball from left to right
2. Mini band (various moves)

If you don’t have time to warm up, you don’t have time to train.

Injury set backs can be EXTREMELY dispiriting.

If you’ve experienced injury or pain… don’t get discouraged. Do NOT use it as an excuse. Don’t quit. Put in the extra work & get back under the damn bar.
