Summer Challenge

 THE AMS SUMMER CHALLENGE IS HERE!

Get ready to put in work & be transformed!

Please read the general details provided below & contact me when you’re ready to reserve your spot for the AMS Summer Challenge. Once you register, you will receive further instruction including photo submissions, weekly recaps, etc.

Dates of challenge:

  • Last day to register: May 28th 
  • Training will begin May 31st and end on July 25th (8 full weeks)

Included in purchase:

  • 8 week training program. Your exercise program will incorporate weight & strength training, cardio & plyometrics. The training program is designed to also sculpt your core & build your booty 😉
    • You will train 5 days per week. The time of day that you train is up to you.
    • Each training session will last about 1 hour, 30 minutes.
  • Exercise video demonstrations will be available to show exactly how to do each exercise to eliminate any confusion, to ensure you’re getting the most out of your training, and to avoid injury.
  • A nutritional guide (NOT a meal plan). You will receive a guide on what foods are good options for pre/post workout meals, meals throughout the day, snacks, protein recommendations, water intake, etc. This will also be a guide on calculating and tracking your macros according to your goals.
  • You will have access to a private Facebook group exclusive to the AMS girls.
  • I will be available to you for any questions or concerns. I will be here to motivate & encourage you along the way. If you are in my area, I will likely set up some days to train with you one-on-one.
  • Chance to win the grand prize! Cash prizes of $100 will be given to the top winners, as well as enrollment to the next Ashley Marie Strength Challenge for free!

Payment:

  • You will make a one-time payment of $200.
  • Payment is due by April 30th.

What you will need to participate:

  • Gym membership or access to a gym.
  • Body tape measure (some gyms will have personal trainers who will take your measurements for free).

  • Scale to record body weight in pounds (most gyms have one).
  • Access to a body fat analyzer (most gyms are equipped with them for you to use) to record body fat percentage and lean body mass. This is not required, but highly recommended.

Rules:

  • No fat burners or other pills/ weight loss supplements (this includes Herbal Life & products alike)
  • If you drop out of the challenge early, there is no refund & you also forfeit any chance of winning the grand prize.
  • You are entering individually. By the same token, you are not permitted to forward my programs to anyone else. I work hard and appreciate your cooperation in protecting what I have created.

*I want to take a moment to mention that following an 8 week training program will not sculpt your dream body. Getting your dream body is something that will take work & dedication even after the 8 weeks are over. I want to help you develop healthy lifestyle habits so that you can continue along on your journey to achieving the body you dream about having.
